Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 apple ((cut in 1/4-inch thick slices))
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar ((packed))
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 6 ounces apple brandy liqueur

Instruction

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.
  • Stir in the apple cider and continue to cook until warmed through.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the apple brandy.
  • Divide the liquid and apples evenly between 4 glasses.
