Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 apple ((cut in 1/4-inch thick slices))
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar ((packed))
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 6 ounces apple brandy liqueur
Instruction
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Add the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.
- Stir in the apple cider and continue to cook until warmed through.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the apple brandy.
- Divide the liquid and apples evenly between 4 glasses.
