Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 2-3 lbs boneless pork loin or shoulder
  • 1 package Campbell's Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork slow cooker sauce
  • pinch brown sugar (optional)
  • splash of apple cider vinegar (optional)

Instruction

  • Pat meat dry with a paper towel and place in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Pour sauce over the meat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours (or 4-5 hours on HIGH
  • Using two forks, shred pork and mix together with remaining sauce.
  • If desired, stir in the brown sugar and vinegar.
