Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 box pork stuffing (unprepared)
- 1 medium granny smith apple (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large cast iron or oven proof skillet over medium heat with the oil.
- Season your pork chops with salt and pepper on each side and add to the hot oil along with the onions. Cook until just browned on each side (about 2 minutes per side).
- Remove the pork chops and onion and set aside.
- Stir the water and butter together in your pan and bring to a boil. Add your packaged stuffing and onions and stir to combine. Top with the pork chops.
- Toss the apples with the brown sugar and sprinkle over the top of your dish. Bake 20-30 minutes or until your pork chops are cooked completely.
