Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 250 g dried figs (roughly chopped)
- 100 g raisins
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 1 apple (grated)
Instruction
- Using your hands squeeze some of the excess water out of the grated apple and discard.
- Place all the ingredients, including the apple, into a food processor and pulse until well combined and the mixture comes together. You may need to stop and scrape the sides down once or twice.
- When the mixture has come together lightly oil the palms of your hands and roll into balls.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before eating.
- Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
