Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 250 g dried figs (roughly chopped)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 apple (grated)

Instruction

  • Using your hands squeeze some of the excess water out of the grated apple and discard.
  • Place all the ingredients, including the apple, into a food processor and pulse until well combined and the mixture comes together. You may need to stop and scrape the sides down once or twice.
  • When the mixture has come together lightly oil the palms of your hands and roll into balls.
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow them to firm up before eating.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
