Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 pears (peeled and chopped (I used red))
  • 4 apples (peeled and chopped (I used Fujis))
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 Tablespoons butter (chopped into pieces)

Instruction

  • Add your pears and apples to your slow cooker.
  • Mix in water and sugar until well distributed.
  • Scatter your butter pieces on top.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours until fruit is mushy.
  • Puree in a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Serve warm or cold (I loved it warm, my son loved it cold)
