Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 pears (peeled and chopped (I used red))
- 4 apples (peeled and chopped (I used Fujis))
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Tablespoons butter (chopped into pieces)
Instruction
- Add your pears and apples to your slow cooker.
- Mix in water and sugar until well distributed.
- Scatter your butter pieces on top.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours until fruit is mushy.
- Puree in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Serve warm or cold (I loved it warm, my son loved it cold)
