Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- ½ pound deli ham slices
- 10 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- Freshly ground black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- Small handful fresh oregano leaves
Instruction
- Lay 10 slices of deli ham on a cutting board. Top each with a slice of mozzarella or provolone cheese, then smear with a thin layer of cream cheese, all the way out to the edges. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper and red pepper flakes. Top each with a few sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and artichoke hearts, then sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves.
- Gently roll, tucking the filling in as you go. If roll-up doesn’t stay secured, add a dab of cream cheese under the edge to help hold it together. Repeat with remaining roll-ups.
