Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp (21-30 ct.)
  • 1/3 cup Italian Salad Dressing (I used Olive Garden dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 bag Italian Salad Mix (or Spring Mix)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • 1 Zesty Delallo SaladSavor (feta cheese, calamata olives, red peppers)
  • 1 Sharp Delallo SaladSavor (white cheddar, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes)
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced thin)
  • Extra Italian Dressing ( for serving)

Instruction

  • Place shrimp, Italian dressing, black pepper and parsley into a bowl and toss. Marinade briefly while grill preheats.
  • Preheat indoor grill {or outdoor} over medium high heat.
  • Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side or until bright pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Toss lettuce with basil leaves. Top with Delallo Salad Savor ingredients, onions and cooked shrimp. Drizzle over desired amount of Italian dressing and serve.
