Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp (21-30 ct.)
- 1/3 cup Italian Salad Dressing (I used Olive Garden dressing)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 bag Italian Salad Mix (or Spring Mix)
- 1/2 bunch fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 1 Zesty Delallo SaladSavor (feta cheese, calamata olives, red peppers)
- 1 Sharp Delallo SaladSavor (white cheddar, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes)
- 1/4 red onion (sliced thin)
- Extra Italian Dressing ( for serving)
Instruction
- Place shrimp, Italian dressing, black pepper and parsley into a bowl and toss. Marinade briefly while grill preheats.
- Preheat indoor grill {or outdoor} over medium high heat.
- Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes per side or until bright pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Toss lettuce with basil leaves. Top with Delallo Salad Savor ingredients, onions and cooked shrimp. Drizzle over desired amount of Italian dressing and serve.
