Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 21 ozs Salmon fillet (skinned, ready to cook)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
Instruction
- Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and skewer onto wooden sticks.
- Drizzle with some lemon juice and season with salt, ground black pepper and fennel seeds.
- Fry in hot oil on all side and serve on a platter.
