Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 21 ozs Salmon fillet (skinned, ready to cook)
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 Tbsps sunflower oil

Instruction

  • Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces and skewer onto wooden sticks.
  • Drizzle with some lemon juice and season with salt, ground black pepper and fennel seeds.
  • Fry in hot oil on all side and serve on a platter.
