Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 5 cups Corn Chex Cereal
  • 2 (4.6 ounce) boxes Andes Creme de Menthe Thins (melted)
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instruction

  • In a large Ziploc bag, combine powdered sugar and sprinkles.  
  • Add cereal to a large bowl.
  •  Melt the mints in the microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.  
  • If not melted, microwave in 20 second increments until melted and smooth.  
  • Pour melted mints over the cereal and mix gently with a spoon until cereal is well coated.  
  • Add the coated cereal to the Ziploc bag and shake until the cereal is covered.
