Ingredients
The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- 18.3 ounce Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 28 count Andes Mints package {4.67 ounce package or use Andes Mint Baking Bits}
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water to large mixing bowl and stir well until combined.
- Unwrap Andes Mints and chop into small pieces, then divide pieces equally into 2 small bowls.
- Add 1/2 of the chopped mints into the batter and stir.
- Spray 9x13 nonstick pan with cooking spray, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 19 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle remaining half of mint pieces on brownies, then bake for 3 more minutes, or until done.
- Let cool, and cut with a plastic knife when ready to serve. ENJOY!
