The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 cup(s) heavy cream, warmed slightly
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 - egg whites, beaten stiff
Instruction
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt. Slowly stir in warmed cream and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and add to the sugar mixture.
- Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven heat to 325º and continue baking for 15-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
