The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) heavy cream, warmed slightly
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 2 - egg whites, beaten stiff

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt. Slowly stir in warmed cream and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and add to the sugar mixture.
  • Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce oven heat to 325º and continue baking for 15-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
