Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Melt butter on pot, mix in brown sugar, cream and salt. Cook over medium heat and whisk gently for about 7 minutes or longer if you doubled. Then remove the pot from heat, add vanilla extract and return to cook for another minute or so to thicken a bit more. Take it off stove and pour into jar and place in refrigerator.
