Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 6 egg whites (, room temperature)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 jelly roll pan with baking spray and dust with almond flour; set aside.
  • Place egg whites in your mixer's bowl and beat on medium-high speed until they just hold stiff.
  • Add sugar and continue to beat to combine.
  • Gradually whisk in the almond flour; whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Spread out the almond flour mixture in the previously prepared pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • In the meantime, prepare your frosting.
