The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 6 egg whites (, room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mini Chocolate Chips
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 jelly roll pan with baking spray and dust with almond flour; set aside.
- Place egg whites in your mixer's bowl and beat on medium-high speed until they just hold stiff.
- Add sugar and continue to beat to combine.
- Gradually whisk in the almond flour; whisk until thoroughly incorporated.
- Spread out the almond flour mixture in the previously prepared pan.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool completely.
- In the meantime, prepare your frosting.
