- 1 cup(s) real butter, no substitutes
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar, granulated (white)
- 1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon(s) almond extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) coconut extract
- 4 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- 12 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 ounce(s) milk chocolate chips
- 2 cup(s) coconut, sweetened, toasted
- 2 cup(s) almonds, chopped and toasted lightly
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Add the extracts.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Then stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons or using a cookie scoop onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet to a wire rack to cool completely.
