  • 1 cup(s) real butter, no substitutes
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar, granulated (white)
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon(s) coconut extract
  • 4 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
  • 12 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounce(s) milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cup(s) coconut, sweetened, toasted
  • 2 cup(s) almonds, chopped and toasted lightly

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  • Add the extracts.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  • Then stir in the chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons or using a cookie scoop onto prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from baking sheet to a wire rack to cool completely.
