Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 c. dates
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. real maple syrup
  • 2 c. strawberries (washed & sliced)
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. Maple Candied Almonds

Instruction

  • For the chocolate buttercream: In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.  
  • Refrigerate overnight so to develop flavors and mousse-like consistency.
  • When ready to serve, top with coconut flakes & maple candied almonds. Enjoy!
