Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips ((milk chocolate or dark chocolate))
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, or the bowl of your stand mixer, combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips: almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, almond and vanilla extracts (or use 1 tsp either almond or vanilla extract), baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and stir to combine until the chocolate chips are evenly distributed. Drop the cookie dough in heaping teaspoonfuls onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes, or until nicely browned around the edges. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet as cookies will be crumbly while warm.
