The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bunch kale (organic, chopped )
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds (chopped (toasted, if desired))
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 12 oz salmon (wild-caught, cut into 4 slices - I like to buy my salmon from Butcherbox)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup almonds (blended in a blender until finely ground)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)
