Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 6 tbsp : unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup : Honey
  • 1/4 cup : Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup : All purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup : Desicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup : Chopped Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp : Vanilla extract
  • Pinch : Ground cinnamon
  • Pinch : Sea salt

Instruction

  • Line two baking pans or cookie sheets with parchment paper. Heat oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, honey in a sauce pan cook over medium heat until butter has melted and sugar is completely dissolved for about 5 minutes.Bring this to a boil.
  • Whisk in the flour,cinnamon,salt, coconut,chopped almonds and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Turn off the heat. Working quickly,drop a teaspoon of cookie dough on to prepared cookie sheets two inches apart as they spread a lot while baking.
  • Bake until cookies spread and turn golden for about 8 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit turning the baking sheets half way through.
  • Remove and cool a bit. Transfer the cookies on to wire rack and repeat to bake off remaining dough.
  • Cool the cookies to room temperature and store in airtight container at cool and dry place.
  • Lacy honey cookies with almonds and coconut are ready to munch .
