Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup All Bran
- 1/2 cup Bran Flakes
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375°
- In a medium bowl, mix together All Bran and Bran Flakes
- Add buttermilk and let set about 10 minutes .
- Add egg and remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well.
- Grease a muffin tin with butter or baking spray.
- Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
