Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup All Bran
  • 1/2 cup Bran Flakes
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • In a medium bowl, mix together All Bran and Bran Flakes
  • Add buttermilk and let set about 10 minutes .
  • Add egg and remaining ingredients to bowl and mix well.
  • Grease a muffin tin with butter or baking spray.
  • Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
