- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1½ tablespoon rice flour ( (optional, refer notes))
- 1½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste ((½ inch peeled ginger, 3 garlic cloves))
- 2 green chilies ((chopped))
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ¼ cup coriander leaves (fine chopped )
- ¼ cup onions (, fine chopped)
- ½ to ¾ cup Oil ( for deep frying or to brush for air frying)
- ⅓ to ½ teaspoon salt ((adjust to taste))
