The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 medium yellow onion, fine dice
  • 2 celery ribs, fine dice
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth *
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 – [ 14 oz. can ] petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, divided
  • 1 – 1 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, large dice *
  • ½ cup uncooked brown lentils, picked through and rinsed *
  • 1 – [ 15 oz. can ] kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups chopped swiss chard *
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda *
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder *
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon sea salt (+/-) * 
  • Pinch cayenne pepper *
