Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instruction

  • Rinse the rice kernels in a sieve several times.
  • Heat the water, butter, oil, bouillon cube and salt in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Stir to dissolve the bouillon cube.
  • Add rice to a casserole, cover with water mixture.
  • Cover and cook at 330° for 35 minutes.
  • Check that water has been absorbed. Allow to sit 10 minutes, fluff with a fork to separate kernels and serve.
