Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 14 oz (400g) white beans (rinsed and drained ( I used cannellini beans))
- 2/3 cup (65g) oats
- 1/4 cup (15g) fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/2 small onion (grated or very finely diced )
- 1/2 bell pepper, deseeded (preferably grated or very finely diced )
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 Tablespoon sriracha sauce (or tomato sauce)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- sea salt to taste
Instruction
- Mash the beans in a mixing bowl.
- Add in oats, cilantro, onion, bell pepper, lemon juice, sriracha sauce (or tomato sauce), herbs and spices and mix together.
- Divide and shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat Air Fryer to 350F/180C. Place patties in the basket, spray with olive oil or cooking spray and cook for 9-10 minutes flipping halfway through.
- Create burgers with buns, patties and then desired toppings.
