Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small onion (diced finely)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp dried sage (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 tsp fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
Instruction
- In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients
- If the mixture is quite wet, refrigerate it for 30 minutes
- Roll the turkey mixture into balls about 1 1/4 inches
- Lightly spray the surface of the air fryer basket with oil and preheat it to 400°
- Place meatballs in a single layer in air fryer basket, leaving space between them
- Air fry 10 minutes, turning halfway through
- Garnish with parsley before serving
