Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 5 pound bone-in turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Pat turkey breast dry.
- Whisk together melted butter, salt, thyme, rosemary, sage and black pepper.
- Brush herb butter mixture all over turkey breast.
- Cook turkey breast in air fryer at 360 degrees for 20 minutes on Air Fry setting. Turn and cook for another 20 minutes. Turkey breast is cooked through when it has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit. Cook for an additional 10 - 15 minutes if needed. Be sure to turn once more.
- Remove turkey from air fryer and allow to rest 15 minutes before slicing. Slice and serve.
