Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • ½ lb sliced turkey breast
  • ½ lb Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium to large Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 or more Tbsp strawberry jam, chunky cranberry sauce works well too
  • 2 Tbsp slightly melted butter

Instruction

  • Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees. Butter the top and bottom of the ciabatta rolls. Spread jam on one or both sides of the roll. Add 2-3 pieces of your turkey on one side of each roll. Add 2-3 slices of apple on one side of each roll. Add 2-3 pieces of Brie on one side of each roll. Close the roll and press gently. Place the ciabatta roll in the air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes. Check your sandwich. If the top is browned and the cheese is melted, you are ready to go, If not, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from air fryer with tongs. That’s it! Easy-peasy and ready to take a big bite.
