Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Soup Maker Lentil Soup
  • 1 kg Minced Pork/Ground Pork
  • ½ Medium Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Philadelphia Light Herbs
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Thai 7 Spice Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Philips Air Fryer

Instruction

  • Peel and thinly dice your red onion. Thinly slice your Thai leaves.
  • Load into a bowl all your meatball ingredients and mix with your hands for a well coating of the seasoning and the onion.
  • Make into Thai balls using the measuring scales to get equal sized meatballs. We did our meatballs to 47g each.
  • Do all meatballs and then cook them in batches to what will fit in your air fryer.
  • Load the Thai meatballs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • When the air fryer beeps serve your Thai meatballs over your lentil soup before serving.
