Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium to large sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- fresh parsley for garnish if desired
Instruction
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
- Cut sweet potato in half and then each half into 4 equal wedges for a total of 8.
- Whisk together the chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cumin and sprinkle over the sweet potatoes.
- Pour olive oil over the wedges and toss to coat the oil and spices evenly with tongs.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the desired crispness is reached.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately with your favorite sauces or dips!
