Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 steaks (, rib-eye, strip steak or T-bone, 1 inch thick)
- Kosher Salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoons salted butter (, at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoons fresh rosemary (, chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (, minced)
Instruction
- Remove steaks from the fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking, to bring them to room temperature. Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Make herb butter by combining the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Air Fry: Grease the air fryer basket or pan with non-stick cooking spray, and add steaks. (Cook steaks one at a time if they fit too closely together).
- Cook for 4 minutes, then flip, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for best results: 130-135 degrees F for medium rare, 135-140 for medium.
- Rest: Remove steaks to a plate and cover with foil to rest for 5-10 minutes. Add a spoonful of herb butter on top of each warm steak, before serving.
