Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Tenderiser
- 2 Medium Sirloin Steaks
- 3 Large White Potatoes
- ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Bouquet Garni
- 1 Tsp Parsley
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Butter (optional)
Instruction
- Peel and chop your potatoes into your preferred shapes. Place in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, bouquet garni and parsley. Mix with your hands and load into your air fryer basket.
- Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 160c/320f for 5 minutes.
- Tenderise the steak and then chop into bite size pieces.
- Season the steak bites with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place the steak bites over the potatoes and cook for 6 minutes at 160c/320f, followed by a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve.
