Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Air Fryer
  • Tenderiser
  • 2 Medium Sirloin Steaks
  • 3 Large White Potatoes
  • ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Bouquet Garni
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter (optional)

Instruction

  • Peel and chop your potatoes into your preferred shapes. Place in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, bouquet garni and parsley. Mix with your hands and load into your air fryer basket.
  • Cook your potatoes in the air fryer at 160c/320f for 5 minutes.
  • Tenderise the steak and then chop into bite size pieces.
  • Season the steak bites with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Place the steak bites over the potatoes and cook for 6 minutes at 160c/320f, followed by a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
  • Serve.
