Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small yellow squash
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- If needed per your model, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the ends off the zucchini and yellow squash. Sice into ¼ inch rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini and yellow squash with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread out the squash in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7 minutes. Toss the squash and then then return to the air fryer and air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees, depending on how crispy you like your zucchini and yellow squash.
- Serve immediately.
