Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Foil
- 1 Medium Cob Loaf
- 3 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 300 ml Sour Cream
- 170 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 28 g Grated Cheese (topping)
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Chives
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Place fresh spinach and sour cream into a silicone baking pan or a similar container and air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f. This will wilt your spinach and heat up the sour cream.
- Whilst the air fryer is on, slice the lid off the top of your cob loaf.
- Then remove the majority of the bread centre.
- When the air fryer beeps remove the baking pan and add the other ingredients to the container and mix well.
- Load the filling into the cob loaf and top with the extra 28g of grated cheese.
- Place into the air fryer basket over a layer of foil and cook for 6 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.
