Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1 oz. packet fajita seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 fajita size soft tortillas
- Fajita fixings of choice: shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or salsa
Instruction
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
- Thinly slice the red pepper, yellow pepper, and red onion. Place the thin slices in the bowl with the shrimp.
- Add the olive oil, garlic, fajita seasoning packet, paprika, and chili powder. Toss until evenly mixed.
- Put half of the shrimp fajitas into the air fryer in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Remove the first batch of shrimp fajitas from the air fryer basket and repeat with the other half.
- Serve with warm tortillas and fajitas fixings of choice such as shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and/ or salsa.
