Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1 oz. packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 fajita size soft tortillas
  • Fajita fixings of choice: shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and/or salsa

Instruction

  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
  • Thinly slice the red pepper, yellow pepper, and red onion. Place the thin slices in the bowl with the shrimp.
  • Add the olive oil, garlic, fajita seasoning packet, paprika, and chili powder. Toss until evenly mixed.
  • Put half of the shrimp fajitas into the air fryer in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Remove the first batch of shrimp fajitas from the air fryer basket and repeat with the other half.
  • Serve with warm tortillas and fajitas fixings of choice such as shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and/ or salsa.
