Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb. raw shrimp (large; peeled and deveined; tails on OR off )
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instruction
- Place shrimp on a plate, then use several paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to pat them dry. This step is crucial for creating crispy shrimp! Transfer the dried shrimp to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp and stir to combine. In a small bowl, stir the seaasonings together, then pour over the shrimp and use your hands to stir so that the shrimp are coated.
- Place the shrimp in your air fryer, ensuring none of them touch (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry the shrimp at 400° for 8 minutes (no need to flip!).
- Enjoy as-is or pair with my chipotle aioli or healthy caesar dressing for dipping.
