  • 2 tbsp onion, (finely minced)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour, (gluten-free, if necessary)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth or stock
