Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 pound leg of lamb
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, salt, rosemary, black pepper, and beet broth, and olive oil.
- Rub the seasoning mix, all over the lamb.
- Set the lamb into the air fryer for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F (air fryer setting)
- Check with a meat thermometer and make sure that the temperature is 130 degrees F before you remove it.
