- 2 pounds carrots (peeled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Start by peeling the carrots, then add them to a small bowl.
- Add the olive oil to the bowl, and then the salt and pepper.
- After each carrot is coated with olive oil and seasoned, add it to the air fryer basket or tray.
- Set the temperature to 390 degrees F for 10 minutes (air fryer setting)
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
