Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 (1-lb) Ribeye steaks, approximately 1-inch thick
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper, (to taste)
- dash red pepper flakes
Instruction
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place steaks in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over steaks. Seal bag and toss to coat steaks.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove steaks from marinade and place one steak in the air fryer basket.
- Turn temperature to 400ºF and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until you reach the desired doneness.
- Remove steak from air fryer and repeat with remaining steak.
