Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1-12 ounce package fresh ravioli
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instruction
- Cook the ravioli according to the package. Drain and pat dry.
- Spray the air fryer lightly with spray oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
- Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture to coat all sides.
- Dip in the breadcrumb mixture and ensure it's fully coated.
- Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. (You'll need to air fry in 2-3 batches). Spray lightly with spray oil.
- Air fry at 375F degrees for 6-8 minutes. Flip them halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
- Start checking for doneness at 6 minutes (they'll be golden brown and crispy on the outside).
- Repeat with remaining ravioli.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
