Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1-12 ounce package fresh ravioli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instruction

  • Cook the ravioli according to the package. Drain and pat dry.
  • Spray the air fryer lightly with spray oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
  • Dip the ravioli in the egg mixture to coat all sides.
  • Dip in the breadcrumb mixture and ensure it's fully coated.
  • Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer. (You'll need to air fry in 2-3 batches). Spray lightly with spray oil.
  • Air fry at 375F degrees for 6-8 minutes. Flip them halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Start checking for doneness at 6 minutes (they'll be golden brown and crispy on the outside).
  • Repeat with remaining ravioli.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce.
