Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 medium size potato
- ½ tablespoon light flavored oil of your choice
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Instruction
- Chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, and put them in a bowl filled with cool water for 30 minutes to remove some of the starch, otherwise they can burn in the air fryer.
- Drain the potatoes, and pat dry. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350° F. Once hot, place the potato cubes in the basket, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Give them a good shake and then turn the heat up the heat to 380° F, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Remove potatoes from the air fryer and taste for salt, adding more if desired.
