Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups cubed russet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon canola oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instruction
- If your Air Fryer is a model that needs to preheat, preheat to 400 degrees. It should only take about 5 minutes to be ready.
- Scrub potatoes and dry well. Dice into 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and seasonings to coat evenly.
- Spread the cubed potatoes out evenly in the basket or trays of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees and remove the basket and give the potatoes a good shake so that they evenly cook. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- If your Air Fryer uses a tray and not a basket, there is no need to stop the cooking process to shake the potatoes. Instead roast for 18-22 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Serve as desired.
