Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 small russet potatoes (skin on)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- pepper to taste
Instruction
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Wash potatoes well and cut into 8 wedges (larger potatoes can cut into 10 wedges).
- Fill a large bowl with cold water and soak wedges about 30 minutes. Drain very well and dab potatoes dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
- Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook 15 minutes. Shake the basket and cook an additional 10-12 minutes tossing every 5 minutes or so until crisp.
