Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, juice the lemon. Add black pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, and dried parsley to the bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Place pork tenderloin into a shallow baking dish. Pour seasoning mix over the pork and rub in to thoroughly coat. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400F.
  • Place pork tenderloin into the air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of the pork reaches 145-160F on a meat thermometer.
  • Remove from the air fryer and cut into 1” slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!
