Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 bone in pork chops ½ inch thick
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3/4 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil spray

Instruction

  • Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow wide bowl or plate with a raised edge.  Whisk milk and eggs together in a wide shallow bowl.  Combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese in shallow wide bowl or plate with a raised edge. 
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.  
  • Coat the chops with the flour mixture, then dip them into the egg mixture, then into the panko breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Lightly spray or mist both sides of the pork chop with olive oil.
  • Place in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Gently flip the pork chops and cook for another 4 minutes or until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest for 3-5 minutes and serve.
