The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 lb pork belly
- 1/2 tbsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instruction
- Cut pork belly into 2 inch pieces. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
- Place pork belly in one layer in an air fryer basket.
- Air Fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, turn them every 5-7 minutes to ensure that all the sides are evenly cooked.
