Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ripe pineapple
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (, for serving, optional)

Instruction

  • Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 8 to 10 rings (1/4-inch thick), then into quarters. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon; dump over the pineapple and gently toss to coat.
  • Preheat the Air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
  • Using tongs, gently place pineapple pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until caramelized.
  • Enjoy warm as is or with some vanilla ice cream!
