Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup pickle chips
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning (optional)
Instruction
- In a bowl, mix the seasoning, flour and cornstarch. Coat each pickle in mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and dredge each pickle in egg wash.
- Coat each pickle back in the flour mixture and place in air fryer basket.
- Spray with oil and cook on 400 for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes.
