Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 cup pickle chips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning (optional)

Instruction

  • In a bowl, mix the seasoning, flour and cornstarch. Coat each pickle in mixture.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg and dredge each pickle in egg wash.
  • Coat each pickle back in the flour mixture and place in air fryer basket.
  • Spray with oil and cook on 400 for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes.
