Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz white mushrooms ((or cremini (baby bella) mushrooms))
- 2 Tbsp olive oil ((extra virgin))
- ½ tsp each, salt & pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instruction
- Use a damp towel to clean your mushrooms (this prevents soggy mushrooms!) then slice large mushrooms into halves or quarters. Make sure that all of your mushrooms are relatively the same size so that they air fry evenly.
- Transfer the mushrooms into a bowl then coat with olive oil (EVOO) and seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) as well as any optional ingredients you'd like. *See Notes.
- Arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer (work in batches if needed) in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10 minutes. Make sure to shake the basket of mushrooms at least once while cooking, then continue cooking until the mushrooms have reached your desired level of tenderness and crispiness.
- Remove from your air fryer and serve immediately.
