Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 6 oz tuna steak ((about 340g) sliced to about 1/2 inch thickness)
  • 1/2 tablespoon reduced-sodium yellow miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, mirin, garlic, rice wine, and vinegar to make the marinade.
  • Place the tuna slices and the marinade inside a medium Ziploc bag and marinated the tuna for about one hour.
  • Line the fryer basket with a grill mat or a lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Place the tuna slices inside the fryer basket without stacking and air fry at 360F (180C) for about 5 minutes, flip once in the middle.
  • Garnish with green onion slices to serve.
