Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
Instruction
- Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Then mix in the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water, mixing well.
- Generously spray your bundt pan with olive oil (be sure to get into the corners, where it usually sticks). Fill your bundt pan with the prepared batter, and set in the air fryer at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 12 to 15 minutes. Or until the toothpick that you stick in the middle of the Bundt Cake comes out clean.
